Process Displays buys 8 acres for new HQ; Brookfield office building sold for $1.2 million

Process Displays buys 8 acres for new HQ
Process Displays Inc. purchased 8 acres of land in the Westridge Business Park at 5600 S. Moorland Road, New Berlin, from Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. Jeff Hoffman of Judson & Associates represented Process Displays in brokering the deal. Process Displays plans to build a 135,000-square-foot headquarters facility on the site. Process Displays, a provider of custom retail marketing and merchandising products, is currently located at 16333 W. Rogers Dr., New Berlin. The company hired Brookfield-based Briohn Building will design and build the new building. Construction is expected to be complete by December.

Brookfield office building sold for $1.2 million
Janesville-based Mid America Bank recently purchased a 20,000-square-foot office building located at 21075 Swenson Dr., Town of Brookfield, in the Crossroads Corporate Center, from Told Development Co. for $1.2 million. Mid America plans to move a loan production office into 8,000 square feet of space in the building and will lease the remaining space to other tenants. The sale was brokered by NAI MLG Commercial brokers Tim Bruno and Stephanie Krolikowski, who represented Told, and Jeno Cataldo, who represented Mid-America Bank.
