What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?

Alternate days of lifting free weights and cardio. Workout typically 6-7 days per week. One hour of weights and about 55 minutes of cardio (biking and treadmill).

Get started and stick to it. Get assistance when starting out so you don’t get discouraged and quit.
