Criticare Systems to move HQ from Town of Brookfield to Pewaukee

A medical device manufacturer will move its headquarters from the Town of Brookfield to a building in Pewaukee that is being vacated by another medical device company.
Criticare Systems recently purchased a 52,670-square-foot industrial building in Pewaukee for $2.35 million from Smiths Medical.
The building sale was brokered by Dave Hazenfield, Sam Dickman Jr. and Sam Dickman Sr. of The Dickman Company Inc.
Criticare plans to move its headquarters to the Pewaukee building, located at N7 W22025 Johnson Dr., by the end of the year. Criticare Systems is currently located at 20925 Crossroads Circle, Town of Brookfield.
St. Paul, Minn.-based Smiths Medical, which produces medical devices, sold the Pewaukee building because it is closing its operations there, which will result in about 100 people losing their jobs.
