The board of directors of Council of Small Business Executives (COSBE) has elected four new directors to serve three-year terms.
The COSBE is operated by the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC). The new COSBE directors are:
- Gregory Clement, president of Argon Industries Inc., a contract manufacturer of complex sheet metal components, weldments and assemblies. Founded in 2002, Argon has grown from four to more than 75 employees. The company received COSBE’s Future 50 Master Mettle Award in 2007. Clement is a member of the CEOs of Growing Businesses.
- Susan Haise, CEO and president of Neroli Salon & Spa. She founded the company in 1993 and opened her second company, The Institute of Beauty and Wellness, in 1994. Today, Neroli Salon & Spa operates four locations and has nearly 200 team members. The company received COSBE’s Future 50 Master Mettle award in 2007.
- Sarit Singhal, president of Superior Support Resources Inc., a full-service IT company focused on small to mid-sized businesses. The company received COSBE’s Master Mettle Award in 2010 and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years. Singhal has been a COSBE Roundtable participant since 2001.
- David Werner, president of Park Bank, a privately held Community Bank serving primarily small to mid-sized businesses in southeastern Wisconsin. Named president in February 2010, Werner has been employed with Park Bank for 21 years.
