What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “CornerStone Plumbing’s biggest obstacle to our company’s growth is finding talent and recruiting the people to handle the capacity of growth within the company.”
Do you plan to make any changes in your company in the coming months? “In the upcoming months CornerStone Plumbing is making a change for our field employees. We will be a completely mobile and paperless work environment. This will ensure smoother, more seamless communication between the office and the field.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “CornerStone Plumbing is expecting to see an increase in revenue and a slight improvement in backlog for the next several months. We believe that work is still out there and with commitment and discipline to find work, focusing on customer service and retaining our customer base, we will be able to do so.”
