What has fueled your company’s growth? “Exceptional employees, successful clients and many blessings.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “Uncertainty. Specifically, within the current global economic markets and the inability of our own government to make the necessary decisions to move this country forward without hindering economic growth and prosperity. Additionally, like many companies, finding the best and brightest talent.”
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? “Yes, we will be hiring several new employees and continue to invest in new technologies to better service our clients and to better control costs of doing buisiness.”
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? “Karl Kopp, owner of Elsa’s on the Park, was a great influence upon us both early in our careers. Work ethic/fairness is what stood out about Karl. It is obvious that Karl values hard work by his best employees and rewards them with excellent benefits. Jerry Jendusa, owner of EMTEQ Corp., has flourished building an employee empowered organization. We have taken many of his business practices and incorporated them into our existing business model.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “The manufacturing industry is expected to continue to grow slowly in the next several months.”
What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession? “Our key strategies for success have always been related to creating and sustaining meaningful personal relationships. Whether it be over delivering for a client at a moments notice or offering the best benefits to our employees, we have taken pride in treating our partners in the same manner as we would like to be treated.”
