The city of Muskego will consider a proposal tonight for a 34-unit condominium project to be developed on 11.6 acres of farmland.
Brookfield-based Pinnacle Engineering Group is proposing 14 condominium buildings consisting of 34 units on the south side of Woods Road, just west of Lannon Drive on existing farmland known as the Pellman Farm.
The buildings would range from four-family units, which would be about 9,000 square feet, to two-family units, which are about 5,000 square feet, according to plans submitted to the city. The price range would be $319,999 to $399,999.
A clubhouse would also be built for the homeowners. A single family lot would also be developed, according to plans.
The Muskego plan commission will review the conceptual plan and the proposal for rezoning tonight.
