Concurrency buys Brookfield office building for new HQ

Learn more about:

An affiliate of Brookfield-based computer consulting company Concurrency Inc. purchased a 30,000-square-foot office building at 13600 Bishops Court in the Bishop’s Woods office park in Brookfield for $1.25 million, and will move its headquarters there.

The company’s headquarters are currently located in a 10,000-square-foot space that it leases at 3190 Gateway Road in northwest Brookfield. The company has about 100 employees and is growing rapidly, said James Savage, the company’s founder and president.

“We are adding on average seven new positions per month,” he said. “Our rapid growth necessitated the move. This is the culmination of a five-year search for an ideal headquarters. The central location is perfect for serving clients throughout the Milwaukee metropolitan area.”

Concurrency plans to completely renovate the building and will take occupancy in September.

David L. Barry of Milwaukee-based commercial real estate brokerage DTZ Barry, worked on Concurrency’s behalf to purchase the building.
