Leases
James T. Barry Co.
WRT Specialties Inc., has leased 2,700 square feet of office space at 2000 Pewaukee Rd., Waukesha, from MIE Properties. WRT Specialties intends to expand offices for its business. The landlord intends to continue to lease the remaining space in the building.
MLG Commercial
The Vitamin Shoppe has leased three locations in Wauwatosa, Greenfield and Brookfield. The Vitamin Shoppe leased a 5,285-square-foot location from GP Wisconsin LLC, at 2543 N. Mayfair Rd, Wauwatosa. The second location is 5,000 square feet at 7411 W. Layton Ave., in Layton Avenue Mall, Greenfield, and leased from Wave Management. The Vitamin Shoppe has also leased a 4,185-square-foot location from Integrity Development Partners in the Shoppes at Brookfield Commons, on the corner of Bluemound Road and Moorland Road, Brookfield.
Mid-America Real Estate
AnchorBank has leased 1.5 acres at Franklin Center, a retail development on South 76th Street and Rawson Avenue, Franklin. The bank plans to open a branch there this year.

Pearle Vision has leased 2,560 square feet at Brownstone Shopping Center, 17460 W. Bluemound Rd., Brookfield. Pearle Vision plans a March opening at the location.
Ogden & Co.
First MidAmerica Investment Corp. has leased 3008 square feet of office space at 1233 N. Mayfair Rd., Wauwatosa, from Siegel-Gallagher. First MidAmerica is located in Suite 130 and opened Feb. 16.

James T. Barry Co.
Bruce Investments, LLC, has purchased the 17,036 square-foot industrial facility located at W136 N5239 Campbell Dr., Menomonee Falls, from Stetter Family Trust. Bruce Investments intends to relocate into this facility and plans on expanding the building for the business.

MLG Commercial
Turn-Key Solutions has purchased a 13,110-square-foot industrial building at N114 W18605 Clinton Dr., Germantown, from HW3 Investments Group, for $476,000. Turn-Key Solutions purchased the building because of its proximity to its customers and employees and will occupy the space immediately.
Roadster LLC, Brookfield, purchased a 250,000-square-foot building at 1031 Maryland Ave., Sheboygan, from Paul Flagg Leather Co, a Delaware corporation. Roadster plans to occupy a portion of the facility and lease out the remaining space. The building was sold for $350,000.
Watertown Plank Development purchased a 5,500-square-foot multi-tenant building at 13300 W. Watertown Plank Rd., Elm Grove, from Francis B. Ristow Revocable Trust. The company plans to renovate the building and lease space to specialty shops. The building was listed for $695,000.

Mid-America Real Estate
Kirkwood Partners has purchased a 2.26-acre parcel from the 50/94 Retail Center in Kenosha, on the northeast corner of Interstate 94 and Highway 50. The land will be used to build a 21,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building called Windsor Point, slated for completion in the fall.
Concord Development Co., Mequon, purchased 42.07 acres from Wal-Mart Stores East on the corner of highways 23 and 57 in Plymouth. Bayside Development, Mequon purchased 15.75 acres. The land is adjacent to Wal-Mart Supercenter.
