Cleary Gull Inc., a Milwaukee-based firm that offers investment banking and wealth management services, has named Daniel Thome a managing director in its investment banking operations. Thome will work from Appleton, where he has more than 25 years experience in the Fox Valley.

Thome was founder of Edgemoor, LLC/Axiom Advisors, LLC, a boutique M&A and consulting firm. He was previously a managing partner of Grant Thornton Corporate Finance, and was partner at Grant Thornton LLP. He began his career at Andersen, LLP.
