Genesee Depot-based bottled water and filtration service company Century Springs has acquired the Milwaukee home and office delivery business of ReadyRefresh by Nestle, the company announced Monday.

The acquisition includes six delivery trucks and the operations of a distribution warehouse at 3001 N. 112th St. in Wauwatosa. It also makes Century Springs the sole distributor of home and business direct deliveries for Ice Mountain, Nestle Pure Life, Perrier and S. Pellegrino in the metro area, the company said.

Century Springs will retain seven Nestle employees, bringing its total to 46 across five locations in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Jon Ove, Century Springs owner, said the deal would also allow the company to expand its product offerings with cases of sparkling waters.

The company has been steadily growing in recent years. In 2016, the company acquired West Bend-based Green Bay Glacier Co., helping to expand its geographic footprint while growing its workforce.

Earlier this year, the company announced the addition of warehouse space in Pewaukee to accommodate delivery and distribution operations.
