Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C.
The Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. law firm announced plans to open a new office in Waukesha County and expand its leadership team. Final terms of the lease on the unspecified location of the new office are still being negotiated. The full-service corporate and litigation office will complement the firm’s other offices in Milwaukee, Madison and Chicago. To lead the firm’s new location, two of Waukesha County’s preeminent corporate and environmental attorneys, Timothy Nettesheim and Donald Gallo, respectively, have been hired and will join the firm’s integrated corporate and environmental law practice. Nettesheim and Gallo previously worked at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. In addition to Nettesheim and Gallo, the office will be staffed by about 20 employees, including attorneys, environmental consultants, paralegals, office administrators and legal secretarial support.

Get ready for 2015: Embrace the planning process for the New Year

This time of year I wish I had the mythical gifts attributed to Janus, the ancient Roman god of beginnings and transitions. Janus knew the past – not so hard – but he also is said to have known what was to come – tricky indeed. He is depicted with two faces, one looking back and one looking forward.

The office phone rang one day and a referral asked if I could help him “fix his people who were not performing!” He spent most of the time on the phone telling me how his people were letting him down, not working together well, and not performing as they should.

To simplify this process, and lower your PRS level, here are some key points to help you construct the right language that supports high performance and can withstand a legal proceeding if necessary.
