County committee approves Lake Parkway extension proposal

The Milwaukee County Board's Transportation, Public Works & Transit Committee this morning approved a resolution to move forward with the proposed southbound extension of the Lake Parkway (Highway 794) to Highway 100 in Oak Creek.

Roadrunner Transportation reports record quarter

Talgo plans layoffs in Milwaukee

Train manufacturer Talgo this week has begun the legal process of notifying its workforce and the state that it will lay off employees at its Milwaukee facility. The company has about 80 employees in Milwaukee.

Frontier to drop the cookie
