Church makes offer to purchase Greenfield Walmart site

Ridge Community Church has an accepted offer to purchase the existing WalMart property, in Greenfield at 4500 S. 108th St. and wants to convert a majority of the 110,000-square-foot building into space used for church-based functions, according to a report by GreenfieldPatch.com.

Weyco to expand HQ again

Glendale-based Weyco Group Inc., a distributor of men's shoes, plans to build a 31,850-square-foot building that will connect its main facilities to an 80,150-square-foot warehouse that the company purchased in December. Weyco bought the 80,150-square-foot warehouse building from Clarion Partners for $3.8 million.
