U.S. Bank provides financing for redevelopment of former Kenosha Target store

U.S. Bank announced that it is providing a $7 million construction loan to Menomonee Falls-based Continental Properties Company Inc. to finance the renovation of the former Target store in Southport Plaza, located at 75th Street and Green Bay Road in Kenosha.

Groundbreaking is today for sports medicine and fitness facility in Menomonee Falls

Minneapolis-based real estate development firm Ryan Companies US Inc. will host a groundbreaking ceremony on today to celebrate the start of construction for a $14 million, 90,000-square-foot sports medicine and fitness facility in Menomonee Falls. The Wisconsin Athletic Club and Froedtert Health will occupy the facility, which will be built on a 10.6-acre site southwest of Pilgrim Road and U.S. Highway 41/45.

Mortgagebot to move HQ to different Mequon location
