U.S. home prices rose in January at the fastest annual pace since June 2006, according to the Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller 20-city home price index, which climbed 8.1 percent in the 12 months ending in January.
New office building to be built at former Pabst brewery
Plans for a 5-story office building, which will be built in the former Pabst brewery complex in downtown Milwaukee, were unveiled last week. Groundbreaking for the $10 million to $12 million project is expected to occur in June.
