YMCA of Metro Milwaukee to sell real estate assets to reduce $30 million debt
To overcome a near $30 million debt, the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee filed for bankruptcy today and also announced plans to sell most of its owned real estate assets.

Stamford, Conn.-based Five Mile Capital Partners LLC announced today that it has purchased the 30-story 411 East Wisconsin Building in downtown Milwaukee for $74.3 million. The building was previously owned by NNN 411 East Wis 6 LLC, a tenants in common ownership group.

Irgens plans June 18 groundbreaking for downtown office tower
Real estate development firm Irgens will host a groundbreaking ceremony on June 18 to celebrate the start of construction for 833 East, a 17-story class A office building that the firm will build at 833 E. Michigan St. in downtown Milwaukee.
DSW to move Wauwatosa store to Mayfair Collection
The DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse store at 2265 Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa will close, and will replace it with a new DSW store that will open in an 18,072-square-foot space in the Mayfair Collection development northeast of U.S. Highway 45 and Burleigh Road, also in Wauwatosa.
