DoubleTree hotel in Brookfield sold for $10.2 million

An affiliate of Suwanee, Ga.-based IPD Hosptiality Inc. purchased the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milwaukee-Brookfield from an affiliate of Plano, Texas-based Ambridge Hospitality, for $10.2 million, according to state records.
