Hendricks buys Delafield Hotel out of receivership

An affiliate of Beloit-based Hendricks Commercial Properties LLC, which is an affiliate of Hendricks Holding Co. Inc., purchased the Delafield Hotel out of receivership for $2.5 million, according to state records.

The hotel was sold by receiver Michael Polsky, on behalf of 616 Hotel LLC. The hotel was placed into receivership earlier this year. Ixonia Bank is the chief creditor for 616 Hotel LLC.

The property was sold for well below its assessed value of $6.76 million, according to Waukesha County records.

The Delafield Hotel is a 38-suit boutique luxury hotel, located at 415 S. Genesee St. in downtown Delafield. It includes the Andrew’s Bar and Restaurant.

The hotel was built in 2006 by Bob Lang in a former Lang Cos. warehouse building.
