City committee votes to retain Fourth Street in Bucks deal
The Milwaukee Common Council’s Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee threw a wrench in the Milwaukee Bucks’ vision for a Live Plaza along North Fourth Street Tuesday by voting to keep the street as part of the city’s right-of-way.
Nomad owner pulls out of Pabst project
Nomad World Pub owner and Lowlands Group co-founder, Mike Eitel has pulled out of a project at the former Pabst brewery complex in downtown Milwaukee, where Pabst Brewing Co. plans to open a small brewery and tasting room in the former First German Methodist Church building.
