The CEO of World Trade Center Wisconsin, hopes to find a real estate developer to construct a building in downtown Milwaukee that would be called the World Trade Center and would lease office space to World Trade Center Wisconsin.

The City of Milwaukee on Tuesday issued a request for proposals (RFP) seeking developers that want to purchase and develop a 24.6-acre property at 1701 E. College Ave., near General Mitchell International Airport.
