Groundbreaking Friday for massive Kenosha warehouse

Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. will host a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction of a 600,000-square-foot distribution center that it is building at Highway 158 and 88th Avenue in Kenosha.

Extended stay hotel planned for Oak Creek

Wichita, Kan.-based Value Place LLC plans to build a 121-room extended stay, economy hotel at 9315 S. 13th St. in Oak Creek.

Franklin Staybridge Suites to break ground
