A subsidiary of Menomonee Falls-based Continental Properties Company Inc. recently sold the former Target building at Southport Plaza in Kenosha to an investor from Idaho for $9.2 million, according to state records.

Menomonee Falls-based Actuant Corp. today reported fiscal first quarter net earnings of $36 million, or 48 cents per share, down from $36.3 million, or 49 cents per share, in the first quarter of 2012.

Marcus Corp. profits dip

Milwaukee-based Marcus Corp. today reported fiscal second quarter net earnings of $3.2 million, or 12 cents per share, down from $4.7 million, or 17 cents per share, in the same period a year ago.

Survey cites financial resolutions for Wisconsinites
