Pleasant Prairie radio station property sold for $1.1 million
West Plam Beach, Fla.-based Digity Companies LLC recently acquired a 7.5-acre property in Pleasant Prairie that includes the radio station offices and studios for rock station WIIL FM 95 WIIL Rock and news talk station WLIP AM 1050. The property was sold by Englewood, Colo.-based NextMedia Group Inc. for $1.1 million.
Managed Health Services reenters region’s BadgerCare Plus market
Milwaukee-based Managed Health Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of St. Louis-based Centene Corporation, has been notified by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services that it is approved to offer health insurance coverage through the BadgerCare Plus program in southeastern Wisconsin.

FedEx Smart Post HQ building sold for $16.75 million
An affiliate of New York-based Sentinel Real Estate Corp. recently purchased the 79,228-square-foot office building in Brookfield that was leased last year to FedEx, which will move the headquarters of its SmartPost division there from New Berlin.

Milwaukee-based Koss Corp. today reported a fiscal second quarter net loss of $3.4 million, or 47 cents per share, down dramatically from net income of $338,688, or 5 cents per share, in the second quarter of 2013.
