Oshkosh Corp. reported fiscal fourth quarter net income of $38.0 million, or 41 cents per share, down from $116.6 million, or $1.28 per share, in the same period a year ago.

Generac Holdings Inc. reported third quarter net income of $37.4 million, or 55 cents per share, up from $23.0 million, or 34 cents per share, in the same period a year ago.
