Potawatomi Hotel & Casino recently gave members of the media a tour of the new 19-story, 381-room hotel at the casino in the Menomonee Valley. The hotel will open for business on Aug. 18. An official grand opening event will be held on Oct. 1. Features of the new hotel include: a casual dining restaurant, a coffee bar operated by Stone Creek Coffee, a fitness center and seven meeting rooms with a total of 12,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel also has a 3,000-square-foot presidential suite available for $4,000 a night.
