Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop this week opened a restaurant in the Chase Tower at 111 E. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee.
Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, a Las Vegas-based restaurant chain with 55 locations, this week opened a restaurant in the Chase Tower at 111 E. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee.
The restaurant is occupying a 3,000-square-foot space in the building at the corner of North Water Street and Michigan Avenue.
“We are thrilled to open our first Milwaukee location at the Chase Tower, the perfect place to start a new Wisconsin tradition,” says Ashley Morris, Capriotti’s CEO.
“I first experienced Capriotti’s on a trip to Vegas, and was literally blown away by their sandwiches,” said Steve Chanos, the franchisee of the Milwaukee location. “I am honored to open Wisconsin’s first Capriotti’s.”
Capriotti’s also plans to open a location in Madison.
