Waukesha County Technical College will host a free Lean Six Sigma informational breakfast on Friday, April 1, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Harry V. Quadracci “Q” Building.

Lean Six Sigma is a quality improvement methodology combining the individual lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This event is designed to help manufacturing executives, as well as their leaders in quality, human resources, training, operations and engineering discover how their organizations might apply these proven tools; these tools reduce the cost of manufacturing, reduce waste and enhance operational quality. The breakfast is also geared for employees contemplating their potential role as a Six Sigma Green Belt in representing their organization.
