When Sarah Dusseau opened her Fit Food Trainer business combining a training studio with prepared, take-home meals, she was surprised how popular her tasty organic dishes became. "Before I knew it, I was doing half my business in food," she said. Dusseau is flexing her inner foodie even more with a new venture, a fine dining restaurant called Cafe One24 that opened Wednesday at 3705 N. 124th St., just south of Capitol Drive, in Brookfield.
