Milwaukee-based Mason Street Grill has added Thomas Hauck as the restaurant’s new Chef de Cuisine. Hauck has worked in kitchens in New York, Virginia and France. He most recently cooked at Michel Richard Citronelle in Washington, D.C. where he worked closely with celebrity chef Michel Richard in menu development and kitchen oversight.

Professional Athletics
The Milwaukee Wave has resigned both returning goalkeepers, Nick Vorberg and Marcel Feenstra from last year’s squad for the 2010-2011 season. Vorberg will return for his seventh season with Milwaukee having won MISL’s Goalkeeper of the Year award for hi brilliant net-minding last season. Feenstra returns for his third season with the Wave after a stellar season, winning six of the eight games he started and being named Goalkeeper of the Month last December.
