Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), a nonprofit organization that provides financial resources and management assistance to rebuild Milwaukee’s neighborhoods, announced the hiring of Rev. Christopher Boston to lead the LISC Sustainable Communities Program. LISC’s Sustainable Communities Program is a comprehensive investment strategy for targeted neighborhoods.

The Southeastern Wisconsin International Facility Management Association (SEW IFMA) has announced its newly appointed president and executive Board of Directors. Scott Gierhahn, president and CEO of New Berlin-based Schroeder Solutions has been elected president and will lead the new board. Joining him on the board of officers is Bryan Olen of WaterStone Bank, Brian Parrish of Dickman Company, Elizabeth Vorass of Metavante Corp., Jerry Olson of Kleen Air Service Corp., and Doug VerBockel, of Forrer Business Interiors.

Riteway Bus Service Inc. announced that Patty Passmore, has been promoted to manager of Riteway’s School Bus Division in Cedarburg. Eddie Paez has been promoted to Manager of Riteway’s School Bus Division in Oak Creek, and Tim Senkbeil was hired as assistant manager of Ritway’s School Bus division in Oak Creek.
