Bubbler Jump Start on the Weekend

Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews, Kenny Chesney, Norah Jones, Jason Mraz, Jeff Tweedy, Band of Horses, The BoDeans, Amos Lee, Robert Francis, Lukas Nelson and The Promise of the Real, The Blackwood Quartet and the Randy Rogers Band will perform at the event. Tickets for Farm Aid are still available and can be purchased at the Brewers box office, by phone at  (414) 902-4000 or online at www.tickets.com. Ticket prices range from $39.50 to $94.50, including facility fee.

  • Friday, Oct. 1 WMSE will host its annual Food Slam food tasting, silent auction and fundraiser at the Grohmann Museum, 1000 N. Broadway from 6 to 10 p.m. Cost to attend is $30. For more information click here.
  • Saturday, Oct. 2 Return the Sturgeon fest will be held at the Riveredge Nature Center from 1 to 4 p.m. Cost is $5 per sturgeon released. For more information click here.
