What is your core philosophy for doing business? "Treat the customer right, provide a superior product and work hard. The rest falls into place."

Who is your role model and why? "Paul and Nell Newman, for dedicating their lives to helping others."

What was the funniest thing that has ever happened to you? "Spending an afternoon with a new friend in Chicago, then both of us realizing we had been friends years earlier in Virginia. We even went camping together."
