*Thursday, Jan. 24, the Waukesha County Business Alliance will present the Professional Women’s Development Network Luncheon. The event will focus on The Expanded role of Women in Philanthropy with a panel moderated by Kathryn Leverenz of the Waukesha County Community Foundation. The luncheon will begin at 11:15 a.m. and will be held at the GE Healthcare Institute Conference Center, N16W22419 Watertown Rd. in Waukesha. Cost is $30 for Alliance members and $40 for nonmembers. *Thursday, Jan. 24, NEWaukee will host a social from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at World of Beer, located at 1300 E. Brady St. in Milwaukee. The event will include complimentary food from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., live music from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., beer specials and prize giveaways. NEWaukee Socials, held every other week, are free but all proceeds collected benefit an area nonprofit organization. The Jan. 24 event will support Junior Achievement. *Friday, Jan. 25, ART Milwaukee will present The Aura of Art through the organization’s Creative Arts Council initiative. The event, which will run from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, will feature more than 20 artists and community groups with live performances and art showings. Performers will include Danceworks, the Milwaukee Ballet, and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. The free event is open to the public. Drinks and food will be available for purchase. *Sunday, Jan. 27, Brewers on Deck 2013 will be held at the Delta Center in downtown Milwaukee. Presented by Time Warner Cable and hosted by the Milwaukee Brewers, the annual Brewers fan festival will feature player appearances and autograph sessions, a raffle, vendor booths with baseball merchandise and more. The event will also include a food collection of nonperishable items headed by the Hunger Task Force. Advance tickets cost $15 for adults and $9 for children. Tickets at the door cost $20 for adults and $15 for children. The Delta Center, located at 400 W.
