- Thursday, Oct. 6 BMA Milwaukee will host a special member benefit at SPiN Milwaukee on Thursday, Oct. 6 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event is free for current BMA members or $20 for nonmembers. - Wednesday, Oct. 12 Summit Young Professionals, a program of the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce, will hold a networking and educational event, The High Level ABCs of Social Media at AmeriSign & Graphics, 115 W., Wisconsin Avenue, in Pewaukee from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The event is presented by Phil Gerbyshak of Turning Minds Inc., Tim Gluth and Kate Knox of North Shore Bank, and Chris Sherman of AmeriSign & Graphics. Focus will be on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mobile device and have a profile set up on the three social media platforms. Event is open to young professionals ages 21 to 35. Admission to the event is $10 for Chamber and Summit members and $20 for non-members.
