- Thursday, July 26 The Blue, formerly the Reuss Federal Plaza in downtown Milwaukee will host its annual ten-week lunchtime concert series Notes @ The Blue. The series begins today from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and will continue every Thursday afternoon until September 13. Featured acts will include local rock, jazz, blues, R&B and reggae bands. In addition to lunchtime entertainment, Art Milwaukee will host ARTkets @ The Blue, Thursdays, June 28 through September 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The newly added art market showcases 20 artists weekly with items for purchase in various media. Popular food truck vendors, including The Fast Foodie, Streetza Pizza, Laura’s Gourmet Popcorn and more will also be on site.
