Connecture announced in February the relocation of its headquarters to Wisconsin and its commitment to create 105 jobs over a three-year period. Since that announcement, Connecture’s job growth has significantly exceeded expectations, solidifying the need for new space and reinforcing the company’s decision to move its headquarters to Wisconsin.

“In less than a year, we have accomplished more than half of our three-year Wisconsin job creation commitment and we have no intention of slowing down. Connecture’s technology will play a key role in the future of healthcare in the United States and it’s imperative that we continue to attract and retain the best talent at all of our locations,” said Connecture president Dan Maynard. “Not only are we on a tremendous growth trajectory, but our stability and position as a market leader affords us the opportunity to make a significant long-term commitment to the state of Wisconsin.”
The company also continues to grow and hire at its facilities in Atlanta and Farmington, Conn.

“On behalf of CORE Realty’s ownership group, Hammes Company is excited that Connecture has chosen the Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center for the location of its new headquarters,” said Hammes Company asset manager Andrew Weltcheff. “Connecture’s decision to join existing market leading firms at Brookfield Lakes is a strong testimony to the desirability of the professional atmosphere of this 158-acre master planned development.”

The Schwabe family owns the Pinnacle Office Park, which consists of three office buildings with more than 247,000 square feet of space. Peter Schwabe Inc.’s new headquarters will be located in Pinnacle II.

Peter Schwabe Inc.’s current headquarters in Big Bend was designed and built in 1983 and is known for its unique Frank Lloyd Wright-style architecture and prairie-like surroundings.  In 2006, the company sold its building to an engineering firm, and the Schwabe family began leasing space and discussing plans to move to a new location.

“We sold our current building six years ago and have been waiting for the right time and space to relocate.  While we are eagerly anticipating the move to Brookfield, it’s not without emotion because we designed and built the offices in Big Bend, and it’s just such a unique structure,” company president Dan Schwabe said. “But, we decided it’s the right time and we’ve found the right space at the Pinnacle Office Park.  We’re confident the new location will better accommodate our current needs.”

Founded in 1927 by Peter Schwabe, the company offers significant experience in the retail industry including construction of banks, restaurants and strip malls.  Office complexes, industrial, hospitality, church/school, municipal and medical are also a large sector of the company’s project experience.
