Milwaukee-based The Boerke Company Inc. announced that it has added three additional brokers: Rand Wolf, formerly a senior vice president and industrial broker for CBRE; Kristian Sydow, formerly vice president of retail brokerage for Grubb & Ellis|Apex Commercial and Nathan Powers, former retail broker for Grubb & Ellis|Apex Commercial.
“They are all seasoned brokers,” said Boerke principal Terry McMahon. “That helps tremendously. Training new people, which is something we are willing to do, is very expensive and time-consuming.”
The addition of the three means Boerke Company, which is affiliated with Cushman & Wakefield, now has 19 brokers.
“We are in a growth mode right now,” McMahon said. “Part of it is our Cushman & Wakefield platform. The company is on the move. (Cushman & Wakefield) is now the third largest real estate firm in the world.”
Boerke Company has also added Brianna Larson as a marketing research analyst. She joined the firm in September and previously worked for SNL Financial.
