Brewers launch digital ticket option

Organizations:

The Milwaukee Brewers announced a “Digital Ticket Delivery” option for fans to buy tickets to home games at Miller Park.

Fans who purchase Brewers tickets through Brewers.com will have the option to receive their tickets digitally on their credit card or a compatible smart phone mobile device. The digital ticketing program eliminates the problem of lost tickets, avoids delays in the mailing of tickets, and dispenses with the need to obtain tickets at will call windows.
Fans who elect to have their tickets delivered to their credit card can simply bring the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets to any of the Miller Park gates.  At the gate, the credit card will be swiped and a seat locator receipt that identifies the seat location will be printed. This option is known as the “Brewers Fan Pass.”
Fans who elect to have their tickets delivered digitally to their compatible smart phone mobile device will receive a text message confirming their ticket purchase. This option is known as “Mobile Delivery.” If multiple tickets are ordered, multiple text messages will be delivered. At the gate, the image on the phone will be scanned and a seat locator receipt that identifies the seat location will be printed.
“Brewers Fan Pass and Mobile Delivery offer digital ticket delivery options that are the ultimate convenience for fans,” said Brewers chief operating officer Rick Schlesinger. “We are committed to offering our fans the latest technological enhancements to make the process of purchasing Brewers tickets as convenient as possible.”
Information on these new technologies being implemented at Miller Park can be found at  www.brewers.com/tickettechnology.
