Hundreds of southeastern Wisconsin businesses made news this year, and BizTimes Milwaukee reported on almost all of it.
However, there were a select few companies and individuals that made major waves both internally and in the greater Milwaukee community. These are the recipients of the 2014 BizTimes Best in Business awards. They were selected based upon their impact in the community and the news they generated in 2014.
Whether announcing a major hiring effort, opening five new restaurants, building a massive expansion, making a key acquisition or taking a stand on a hot button issue, the Best in Business newsmakers were anything but quiet this year.
You can read all about these bold companies and leaders in this special report. We invite readers to ponder these best practices as inspiration and tools to grow their own companies.
So raise your glass and help us toast 2014’s Best in Business!
