MorganMyers has added Stacy Burmeister as a marketing services coordinator in its Waukesha office. Burmeister will support client accounts, including the American Farm Bureau Federation, Foremost Farms, Illinois Farm Families and the Illinois Soybean Association.

 Milwaukee-based Hanson Dodge Creative has named Angela Rothen vice president of technology. Rothen, a Milwaukee-area native, previously served as director of program management at Florida-based mobile software provider Mad Mobile. She has also worked in IT director and program manager roles for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bloomin’ Brands and Northwestern Mutual. In her new position, she will be part Hanson Dodge Creative’s executive leadership team and will head the agency’s technology strategy, project delivery and IT infrastructure teams.

 DCI-Artform, headquartered in Milwaukee, has expanded its team with Adam Richer, director of creative technology, Consumer Electronics; Mir Khan, new product development manager, Image Retail; Mark Showers, new product development manager, Commercial Zone, Kesha Medley, customer service and logistics associate, Commercial Zone; Dave Williams, senior production manager, Transportation; Leanna Wright, graphic designer, Transportation; and Jenny Lamb, project coordinator, Consumer Electronics.

 Pewaukee-based Capture Marketing has welcomed Tracie Schweder as a senior project manager. Schweder brings more than a decade of experience in strategic planning, marketing, media relations and sales. She previously served as senior project manager at Versant. She has also worked for Franklin Energy Services, the business service division of Office Depot, Zigman Joseph Stephenson and PMI Entertainment Group as part of the Green Bay Packers. At Capture Marketing, she will handle marketing, public relations and events strategy and execution for a variety of markets.

Architecture

Cedarburg-based Groth Design Group has hired Craig Wojtczak and Jessica Ziarkowski as project designers. Both Wojtczak and Ziarkowski will assist clients in the firm’s Corporate Facilities Group.

Continuum Architects + Planners of Milwaukee has welcomed three new associates: Brett Benka, Greg Kettner and Daniel Ayala. Each new employee will assist with design and construction documents for a range of projects.

Banking & Finance

Port Washington State Bank has promoted Mary Albrecht to vice president, deposit operation, in Port Washington. The bank also recently promoted Lois Roeske to vice president, branch manager, in Cedarburg and promoted Annie Noster to vice president in Belgium.

Building & Construction

Sussex-based Demlang Builders, Inc. has welcomed Wendy Marzion as a new home consultant. Marzion is a licensed realtor and will work with clients on a variety of real estate services, including finalizing vacant land purchasing and sales. Her industry skillsets include interior and architectural design, construction financing and knowledge of the building process.

Mortenson Construction has promoted Scott Heberlein to vice president and general manager of Wisconsin operations. Heberlein has worked for Mortenson Construction’s Milwaukee office since 1998 and has headed the office as director of operations since 2010. In his new role, he will guide operations and personnel, development of new customer relations, delivery of construction services, and relations with customers. Mortenson Construction has also promoted Tim Jones to director of operations of Wisconsin operations. Jones joined Mortenson Construction’s Minneapolis, Minn. office as an estimator in 1994 and transitioned to Milwaukee in 1998. In 2000, he was promoted to chief estimator and in 2003 moved to the company’s operations side. In 2010, he was promoted to director of preconstruction of the Milwaukee office. In Jones’ new role, he will handle the construction activities of the company’s Milwaukee and Madison offices.

Brookfield-based Patina Solutions recently appointed David Hoover practice director, Healthcare. Hoover has more than 30 years of experience and will serve Patina Solutions’ Milwaukee and Chicago area offices. Among his responsibilities, he will help select the best health care Patina professional for each client engagement and offer continuous management of engagements to reinforce success. He will also help develop plans for each client to secure industry practitioners who are right for their organization. Hoover is skilled in strategy and organization alignment, complex transactions, physician engagement and cultural transformation. He previously advised businesses in management consulting and law. He has also worked in senior leadership positions at the Heart Hospital of New Mexico, the Heart Hospital of Milwaukee, National Surgical Hospitals, the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.

Burkwald & Associates, Inc., of Pewaukee, recently promoted Kyle Pionek to senior client relations manager. Pionek has worked for the firm since 2007 and most recently served as client relations manager. In his elevated role, he will continue helping clients source and roll out their employee benefits as well as work with them to manage benefit plans in compliance with health care reforms. Additionally, he will contribute to the firm’s strategic planning and long-term business goals. Burkwald & Associates also recently promoted Valerie Hansen to senior communications advisor. Hansen has been with the firm since 2006 and most recently served as communications advisor. In her new position, she will consult clients on wellness, communication of benefits and employee engagement. She will help the firm with strategic planning and business goals as well.

Environmental

Schlitz Audubon Nature Center, located in Milwaukee, has named Katie Sparks director of development. Sparks has a decade of experience in fundraising. In her new role, she will focus on developing and seeing through the organization’s strategic fundraising and membership initiatives.

Health Care

Brookfield-based Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin has welcomed Marcel Tetzlaff as director of program implementation. Tetzlaff brings more than 18 years of industry experience and most recently served as regional vice president of provider networks for DentaQuest. In his new role, he will oversee the team that manages IHN’s Medicare Advantage initiatives with Humana, United Health Care and other health benefit program providers. His team will offer support, training and expertise to IHN network members working with Medicare Advantage patients. IHN also recently hired Andrew Crisp as director of data analytics. Crisp has 19 years of leadership experience in health care finance and information/data systems. He previously served as director of payer analytics for 21st Century Oncology. At IHN, he will guide the processes and staff that handle IHN’s advanced data reporting functions.

GE Healthcare has promoted Rob Reilly to vice president and general manager of service for the U.S. and Canada region. Reilly will work out of Milwaukee and will lead a team of 4,500 employees helping health care providers enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Reilly’s career with GE Healthcare spans 22 years. He most recently served as chief marketing office in the U.S. and Canada region.

Legal Services

Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. has added Steven Laabs to the Corporate Transactions Team in its Milwaukee office and Peter Walsh to the Trusts & Estates and Trust, Estate & Fiduciary Litigation teams in its Waukesha County office. Laabs’ practice will center on representing companies and business owners involved in corporate, commercial finance and real estate transactions. He will also help entrepreneurs and early-stage companies with entity formation, governance, equity and debt financing, and other general business issues. Walsh will aid clients in preserving family wealth through estate and asset protection planning. He will also service clients facing inheritance litigation, tax and creditor disputes as well as give legal assistance to clients impacted by high costs of caring for an elderly family member or a family member with a disability.

Manufacturing

Macromatic Industrial Controls, of Menomonee Falls, has named Jason Moore sales and marketing manager. Prior to joining Macromatic Industrial Controls, Moore spent 18 years at Eaton Cutler-Hammer. In his new position, he will oversee the regional sales organization, manage the company’s catalog distributor and private label accounts, and help devise and implement its long-term product development strategy.

Prolitec Inc., headquartered in Milwaukee, has promoted Matthew Ansley to vice president, engineering and technology. Ansley has worked for Prolitec since 2013 and prior to his promotion was chief engineer. He previously worked for Motorola Mobility in Illinois. In his new position, he will head all engineering and technology initiatives for Prolitec.

Nonprofit

Sojourner Family Peace Center has added four new board members: Lynn Richtman, a senior vice president at U.S. Bank; Thomas Gale, a principal with Equity Commercial Real Estate; Vivian King, vice president of community relations at Aurora Health Care; and Barbara Velez, principal of Velez & Associates. The nonprofit organization supports individuals and families impacted by domestic violence and helps them make positive changes for their futures.

Technology

Guardian Business Solutions, Inc., of Brookfield, has welcomed back Luann Stephenson, who will serve as a senior business analyst. Stephenson previously worked for the company as a developer and implementer. Her career has also included roles in development, programming, analyzing and IT management at area manufacturing and technology companies.

Connecture, Inc., based in Brookfield, has appointed Steve Cohen vice president of sales for its On Ramp product. Cohen has more than 25 years of sales management experience and has worked in health insurance, human resources and employee benefits. Prior to joining Connecture, he was senior vice president of sales for BenefitMall. In his new position, he will work to make the administration of benefits a more efficient process and will lead sales teams working with customers for On Ramp, an online benefits marketplace.
