Madison-based developer JD McCormick LLC has submitted a proposal to build a four-building, 110-unit apartment developed in the Village Square complex, located southwest of Highway 16 and Highway 83 in Delafield.
The buildings would be three stories tall with a total of 110 underground parking spaces and 50 surface parking spaces.
The site for the apartment complex is just west of Village Square shopping center, which is anchored by a Pick ‘n Save grocery store.

JD McCormick is the sale developer that built the Delafield Lakes and Delafield Woods apartment developments in downtown Delafield.
The proposal will reviewed by the Delafield Plan Commission on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
