Allume Architects has moved its office Elm Grove. The firm recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new office, located at 13500 Watertown Plank Road, Suite 205.

The firm said the relocation is in response to its “unprecedented growth.”

Allume was launched in 2013 by Andrea Nemecek. The firm was previously located in her New Berlin home.

The name Allume is derived from the root word allumer, which translates to “the light came on.”

“It’s not about the ‘types’ of spaces we design for our clients, such as educational, offices, clinics or single-family residential homes, but more about how we use our diverse experiences and extensive knowledge to support their best interests and goals,” Nemecek said.
