What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I exercise daily. My fitness regime alternates between strength training and aerobic workouts. Most activities are focused on preparing for triathlons.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Fitness activities help maintain my overall health and wellness. Workouts are a great stress reliever.
How does personal fitness affect your work life? I generally workout during the noon hour, in addition to some evenings and always on the weekends. My noon workouts help keep me alert and energized for the afternoon.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? As a broker/consultant of employee benefit and commercial insurance products and services, Willis is very attuned to corporate wellness initiatives for our associates and clients.
