A war is breaking out in the Milwaukee County blogosphere, with dueling political agendas between conservatives and liberals.
The tit-for-tat sequence involves allegations of Milwaukee County employees using county computers on county time to promote their political agendas.
In response to an open records request about computer usage in his office, Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker’s office said it would need to charge the county hundreds of dollars to fulfill the request, which was filed by County Supervisor John Weishan Jr.
A separate investigation has begun into the computer usage of another county employee who has written liberal blogs criticizing Walker.
