What has fueled your company’s growth?: “We go to market with a very strong sales presence, and we support our sales efforts with a very high standard of customer service. Our focus is to identify challenges that our customers or potential customers have and provide innovative and creative solutions to improve their supply chain.”

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?: “The increased volatility throughout the industry with respect to raw materials, mergers and consolidations, off-shoring to places including Mexico and South America, and continued government policies and regulations.”

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?: “We moved into a brand new larger facility at the end of 2012. Since then we have been adding employees and equipment to support our growth. We will continue to do so throughout 2013.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?: “In general I admire people and leaders in the business world who see the importance of being successful, but not at the expense of providing value to their customers, employees and communities. Through the creation of good paying jobs and opportunities these businesses help improve the quality of life for everyone. A local example of this would be Palermo’s Pizza.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?: “2013 has been ‘softer’ than we expected. We keep hearing that business is going to pick up in the second half of the year. We have recently seen business activity increase; therefore I anticipate that we will see our sales increase the next several months.”

What is your company’s most important growth strategy right now?: “Our most important growth strategy is to continue to increase our ability to provide value added products and services to our customers. We will do this by adding more capabilities in the area of fabrication as well as increasing our aggressive sales strategy.”
