Corey Vanderpoel has been named a managing director at Schenck M&A Solutions. He will be responsible for providing M&A advisory services to new and existing clients.
Vanderpoel has more than 10 years of experience in M&A, recapitalizations and sales. He has experience in preparing companies for sale, driving value ahead of a sale, approaching potential sellers, executing auctions, negotiating transactions and developing marketing processes for both sell-side and buy-side.
He most recently served as director of mergers and acquisitions at Baker Tilly Capital LLC in Milwaukee, where he was responsible for leading business sales and acquisitions.
Vanderpoel holds a BBA in finance and MIS from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and an MBA from Marquette University. He also serves as treasurer and sits on the board of directors at HOPE network in Milwaukee.
Ann Hanna, also a managing director, will continue to lead Schenck M&A Solutions.
