Associated Bank recently hired Robert "Bo" Scott III as vice president, commercial relationship manager in Milwaukee. Scott is responsible for developing and managing relationships with business owners, providing solutions to their traditional and non-traditional banking and financial needs. He brings 10 years of financial services to his new role. Scott was vice president and private banking team leader for Amcore Bank in Rockford, Ill. He also served as a regional manager for JPMorgan Chase and a senior vice president with Blackhawk Bank.
Paula Hogan, CFP, CFA, owner and founder of Hogan Financial Management LLC, has been named to the Financial Planning Associates (FPA) Board of Directors, beginning a three year term in January 2009. The FPA has more than 100 chapters throughout the United States representing more than 28,500 members worldwide. Hogan served on FPA’s annual conference task force in 2003, was a national board member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors and served as president of the Wisconsin chapter of the American Association of Individual Investors. She has also provided numerous articles to the Journal of Financial Planning and AAII Journal.
Associated Banc-Corp has named Scott Hickey as executive vice president, chief credit officer. He will assume overall executive responsibility for the leadership and strategic execution of the company’s credit policy, reserve methodology, underwriting standards, loan quality, and overall credit administration. Hickey will also serve as a member of Associated’s Executive Committee. "Scott brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our already strong credit team," said Paul Beideman, chairman and CEO of Associated Banc-Corp. "He is a seasoned manager who will strengthen our management team and enhance our ability to execute on our business strategy." Hickey spent 23 years with U.S. Bank (formerly Firstar Corp.) in a number of increasingly responsible leadership roles in credit administration including chief credit officer for Firstar Bank, Illinois, and Firstar Bank, Minnesota. Most recently, he held the position of executive vice president of wholesale credit for U.S. Bank, where he was responsible for all credit approval and portfolio risk functions for the bank’s wholesale portfolio.
First Business Bank-Milwaukee recently hired Jamie Thiede as credit administrative associate. First Business Bank-Milwaukee is a part of First Business Financial Services, Inc. Thiede has worked in the banking field for over 11 years. Prior to joining First Business Bank-Milwaukee, she worked with First Business Capital Corp. and First Business Bank in Madison.
