Teaching Spin, Treading, and Bosu Bootcamp at the WAC. Running, attending other people’s classes.

Huge stress relief. Fitness allows me to clear my mind and refocus.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
It always me to stay motivated, be competitive, and is a fabulous stress relief. Also, in recruiting it is so important to meet lots of people. There are so many great members at the WAC!

Our organization emphasizes competitiveness as one of our core values. We participate in annual charity walks/runs as a team.

Start today. It gets easier every day. It is contagious.
