What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?

My daily fitness regimen consists of a combination of strength training with weights and on the bike cycling specific workouts. Training intensity and volume ranges from 30 minutes to 4 hours daily depending on my annual training plan.

none

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?

Being fit has greatly improved my quality of living by helping to develop an overall positive attitude, improved stress management and decision-making skills.

How does personal fitness affect your work life?

My personal fitness affects my work life by enabling me to consistently manage difficult situations with ease and apply a positive attitude to day-to-day decision making.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?

The consistency our organization experiences from management through fitness and wellness spills over into client and business partner relationships. From a business standpoint, these benefits are invaluable.

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?

If you have a sincere interest in long term personal fitness, become a student of fitness. Learn and understand both the psychological and physiological aspects of fitness.
